All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in PA, USA, under the rules of The American Arbitration Association (AAA), and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. You waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.

9. Modification

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
