1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

2. Shipping Methods

We use FedEx, DHL, and USPS and select shipping providers based on cost, reliability, and location. Shipping method and provider may vary.

3. Delivery Time

• Domestic delivery: 2-8 business days from date of dispatch
  

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, or force majeure events that delay delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order is damaged or missing:

• Report the issue to support@dfyvending.com within 14 days of delivery
  

• Include your order number and photo documentation of any damage

We will coordinate with the carrier to determine eligibility for replacement or reimbursement. All shipping issues must be reported within the claim window defined by the carrier.
