We want you (and your little ones) to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is materially different from its description on our website

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Normal wear and tear from use
  • Change of mind (“buyer’s remorse”) or subjective dissatisfaction
  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers, shipping companies, or force majeure events
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

2. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at support@dfyvending.com within 14 of receiving your order.
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Your full contact information

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet these criteria.

3. Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, minus any shipping, processing, or restocking fees (if applicable).

We may request the item to be returned at the customer's expense before the refund is processed.

4. Discretionary Refunds

While we stick to our policy, we want to be fair. In rare cases, we may offer discretionary refunds or store credit. This does not create an obligation or precedent for future cases.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue first will be considered a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and report fraudulent disputes.
